This is the page intro field.
And here we have Rich Text, rather than a row builder - because it's much more likely that the design of this page will have the main content on one column and the Archive and Category in a narrow column by the side - and so the Row Builder won't work.
If we do need more than just a standard Rich Text we'll have to have a look at building a stripped down variant on Row Builder, but without the Row controls.
We still have some fancy things though
